Creating a friendly, personal atmosphere was at the top of my list. I wanted my salon to be a place where customers can get their hair done in a relaxed, comfortable environment with all of the experience of a high-end salon but for a more affordable price. I also wanted to stay away from the industrial feel that you get in so many salons. Here, the person who washes your hair is the same one who cuts, colors and styles it.  This approach helps build relationships and a better understanding of a customer’s personality and lifestyle.
